The registration fee includes access to conference keynotes, exhibit hall, education sessions, and conference materials. It also includes conference meals such as CONNECT-hosted breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, and evening events.
Attendees at CONNECT are welcome to bring a guest. All individuals from a financial institution are considered regular attendees and will need to purchase badges. Guests include significant others, family members, or other non-financial institution guests of the CONNECT attendee. Guest passes are $375 per person and will allow your guest entrance to conference general sessions and evening events with you. Guest badges will not be allowed into educational sessions. Guest passes are limited to one per regular attendee registration. Attendee guests must be 21 or older to attend evening events.

At this time, we only accept payment via credit card. During the online registration process you will be presented with the option to pay via credit card.
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. All conference cancellations received on or before 11:59 PM CST, March 15, 2019 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made after 12:00 AM CST, March 16, 2019. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Substitutions of attendance are allowed if notification is provided by May 10, 2019. Please email all written cancellation and substitution requests to Q2events@Q2ebanking.com.
No, the registration fee covers full attendance and cannot be prorated.
CONNECT 19 registration will open at 1:00 PM, Monday, May 13 and the Welcome Happy Hour will begin at 6:00 PM. The opening keynote begins at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, May 14. CONNECT 19 education sessions will extend through the morning of Thursday, May 16 with our final keynote at 11:30 AM.
No, you are responsible for arranging transportation to and from San Antonio International Airport (SAT).
No, the hotel is not included in the registration fee. You are responsible for arranging your own sleeping accommodations. We have negotiated a special hotel rate of $229/night + tax at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio for CONNECT attendees. You can book online or call (800) 233-1234 and reference the Q2 CONNECT conference.
