Who from my financial institution should attend?
Sessions have been geared toward your financial institutions executive, operations, IT, marketing and business development teams. Bringing multiple individuals from your institution will ensure that each of these team members voices will be heard, and that your team can bring best-practices and ideas to cohesively implement at your institution when you return home.
Who from Q2 will be attending?
Q2 executives, product managers, developers, and relationship managers will be on hand at CONNECT to help answer questions and discuss options and possibilities with you.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Attendees of CONNECT are welcome to bring guests with them to our event. All individuals from a financial institution are considered regular attendees and will need to purchase attendee badges, guest are significant others, family members, or non-financial institution guests of the CONNECT attendee. Guest passes of $375 will allow your guest entrance to conference general sessions, food & beverage, and evening events with you—guest badges will not be allowed into educations sessions. Guest passes are limited to 1 per regular attendee registration, attendee guests must be 18 or older to go to evening events.
Can I participate remotely?
No, to participate in any sessions you must physically be at the conference.


I'm booking my flights. When does the conference officially begin and end?
CONNECT 18 registration check-ins will open at 12:00 PM, Monday, April 9, 2018 and the opening address by our President and CEO will begin at 3:00pm. CONNECT 18 educational session and product roadmap discussions will extend through Wednesday, April 11, 2018 with our final keynote by founder, Hank Seale, concluding the conference at 12:30 PM.
How do I make my hotel reservations?

We encourage you to make hotel reservations as early as possible, room availability at the conference hotel is not guaranteed. Q2 has negotiated a discounted rate of $229 per night at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort. To book your room, you must go through registration for the conference. At the end of registration, you will have the option to "Add a Hotel Room". Note that you must do this for each attendee that you register. You may not book more than 1 room at a time so that we can ensure we have sustained availability for our clients.

Is transportation provided to and from the airport?
No, you are responsible for arranging transportation to and from San Antonio International Airport (SAT)
What meals are included in the registration fee?
Meals will be provided to the group throughout the conference. If you choose to dine separately from Q2 sponsored events, you will be responsible for the charges.


What is the dress code?
Conference dress code is business casual. Dress code for evening networking events is casual.
Do you offer a mobile conference app?
Yes, stay tuned for more details on how to download the app.


How do I pay for the client conference?
From the registration page, select the button to register now. During the online registration process you will be presented with the option to pay via credit card online.
What is the refund policy for CONNECT 18?
All conference cancellations received on or before 11:59 PM CST, March 1, 2018 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made after 12:00 AM CST, March 2, 2018. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Transfers of attendance are allowed if notification is provided to q2events@q2ebanking.com by March 14, 2018.
Do I get a refund if I can only participate in one or two days of the conference?
No, the registration fee covers full attendance and cannot be prorated.
